Today is my 7th video. 6 weeks ago I started the first androgenic anabolic steroid cycle in my life, this cycle is turinabol solo. In this video I’ll show you the results of the last six weeks and tell to you what changes I’m going to make for the final two weeks of the cycle.

When I started the cycle my weight was 172 pounds, currently my weight is 189.9 pounds so, for the first six weeks I gained 17.9 pounds of which 5.6 pounds were gained during the last two weeks.My overall goal for the cycle, which will last 8 weeks was 16 pounds so, I’ve already achieved my mass goal and the last two weeks of the cycle I’ll try to decrease the percentage of fat in my body. In order to reduce the percentage of fat in my body I’ll decrease my carbohydrates intake by 30%. It does not mean that I’ll stop gaining mass but it’s supposed to slow down the bulking process and hopefully help me to get rid of some fat.

The volume of my biceps and chest have  also increased and currently are 16.5 and 43.8 inches respectively.  These figures mean that I’ve increased my biceps by 0.4 inches over the last two weeks and 1.3 inches in total since beginning the cycle, the chest I’ve increased by 0.7 inches during the last two weeks and 3.2 inches since beginning the cycle.

Despite the less than optimal results of my blood test  which I ran 4 weeks after the beginning of the cycle and mentioned about it in the previous video, I do not feel any physical side effects. My liver and kidneys have not caused any pain. I do not have heartburn or bloating. My blood pressure did not change at all. I’ve also significantly increased my strength. So, in order to eventually evaluate if there  will be any permanent negative impact of the turinabol steroid cycle on my organism I’ll have to wait for the blood test results after post cycle therapy and perhaps additional medical exams.

In my next video in two weeks I’ll make some conclusions about the turinabol solo cycle. I’ll tell to you the final results that I’ll have achieved for the cycle and tell you a little more about post cycle therapy.
