Decanoate and Testosterone Enanthate Cycle
A new long cycle I’ll start with the gaining part that contain Testosterone Enanthate (Test E) and Nandrolone Decanoate (Deca). I’ll use 500 mgs of Test E and 300 mgs of Deca weekly for a period of 8 to 10 weeks.

What’s up guys!
It’s been a long time since my last video. And as I promised, after a break, I’m going to show a new long term cycle that will include multiple steroids, human growth hormone (HGH), human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG), aromatase inhibitors, post cycle therapy (PCT) drugs, and other auxiliary medications.
For people who are watching my video for the first time, and to remind my subscribers, I have run three cycles before. The first one was Turinabol only back in May and June 2018, the second was Sustanon only in September and October 2018, and the third was testosterone Propionate and Winstrol back in May and June 2019.
Those were short cycles, the current cycle will last longer and will be divided into a few parts that include: gaining period, cutting period, and the maintaining part. The length and amount of steroid usage during all of those parts can be adjusted at any time depending on the progress, self feeling, and blood test results.
I’ll start the cycle with one of the most popular combinations of gaining steroids; Testosterone Enanthate (Test E) and Nandrolone Decanoate (Deca). I’ll use 500 mgs of Test E and 300 mgs of Deca weekly for a period of 8 to 10 weeks. If the gaining process will be slower than expected after 4 weeks, I’ll add 30 mgs of Dianabol daily or human growth hormone.
In the beginning, I’ll start my nutrition plan consuming around 22 calories per pound of my body weight, 30-35 percent of those calories will be protein, 55-60 percent carbohydrates, and 10-15% fats. I’ll try to consume as many healthy foods as possible but in the gaining part I won’t restrict myself too much. Such a nutrition plan is supposed to help me gain mass without too much fat. Of course, the plan can be corrected at any time if necessary.
My workout plan was developed specially for me, I will train 5 times per week with emphasis on underdeveloped muscles which are the traps and upper chest. If I have time, I’ll film and upload more videos about my workout. Like always, I made measurements of all parts of my body, body fat percentage, weight, and ran a blood test before the cycle for future comparison.
