ANAVAR (OXANDROLONE) FOR WOMEN
In this video I’ll explain androgenic anabolic steroid Anavar (Oxandrolone) and how to use it for women. I’ll show results of Anavar (Oxandrolone) cycle for women on Dayami. I’ll demonstrate a few pics before and after of Anavar (Oxandrolone) cycle. I’ll also show one of the possible workout program for cutting fat and nutrition plan that helps to reach the best possible tune up results during Anavar (Oxandrolone) use for women.

Hi, this video will be dedicated to the anabolic steroid Anavar and how to use it for women. About 6 weeks ago, Dayami asked me to help tune up her body. Her weight was 155 pounds and her body fat percentage was 17. She used to workout 5 times per week, and tried to eat pretty healthy, but she has been stuck without progress for over 6 months.
So, after the initial assessment, I created an individual work out program and nutrition plan for her, which I will introduce a bit later. I also recommended her to use 10 mgs of Anavar daily. Anavar is one of a few steroids which can be safely used by women, and thanks to its mild nature the probability of side effects is low.
It’s commonly known that it’s harder for women to lose body fat than for men. Therefore, a strict diet will be necessary in order to lose fat. Anavar helps to protect lean muscle tissue during caloric deficit and it is what she needs to tune up her body. While it’s not mandatory to use the steroid, Anavar will help her to go beyond the results she could have ever achieved without it. Anavar increases nitrogen retention in the muscles, decreases SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin), inhibits glucocorticoid hormones, promotes an increase in red blood cell count, and enhances metabolic rate.
Now, I will show you a few pics of Dayami before and after only 6 weeks of using 10 mgs of Anavar daily. She achieved amazing results. She lost 12 pounds and as we can see most of those pounds were fat, therefore her body fat percentage dropped significantly and now is only 8%. She removed all unwanted fat from her arms and stomach, and now we can see 6 pack abs. She didn’t experience any side effects during the cycle.
Now it’s time to introduce her nutrition plan and workout program. Her nutrition plan was very easy. I didn’t recommend or prohibit any certain foods. She consumed 12 calories per pound of her weight daily with ratios of: Protein 30-35% Carbs 45-55% Fat 15-20%. Consumption of protein was divided into 5 times per day every 4 hours. Consumption of carbs and fat was recommended before activities and after work out.
She worked out 5 days a week. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Monday was legs and butt day, Tuesday she worked out chest and arms, Wednesday back and abs, Thursday day off, Friday legs and butt, and Saturday shoulders, arms, and abs. You can see the spreadsheet with exercises and sets. Note, the program was created individually for her with her available time, body composition, and wishes for improvement. So, you probably shouldn’t just copy it without thinking, it’s better to take it as a base and adjust according to your individual parameters.
Overall, Anavar is a great steroid for women who want to take their progress to the next level. Recommended dosage for women is from 10 to 20 mgs daily for a period of 6 to 8 weeks. The steroid can be used for different purposes such as cutting, bulking, or performance enhancement. For most women, a dosage of 10 mgs is all they need, and such dosage won’t promote any side effects for over 98% of users. If you want to use 20 mgs, more caution is required. If the first signs of virilization appear, you should discontinue the drug or reduce dosage.
