Hey guys! What’s going on?

Today is my fifth video. 14 days ago, the third of the March 2018 I started the first steroid cycle of my life. If you watched my previous videos you know that this cycle is turinabol solo and you are also aware about my diet and workout program. So, today I’d like to show you the result of the first 2 weeks of the cycle.

When I started the cycle my weight was 172 pounds, my current weight is (let me see) my current weight is 178.4 pounds, so for the first 14 days I gained 6.4 pounds. It’s a great result considering the mild cycle although my expectation was to gain not less than 5.5 pounds in the first two weeks because in the beginning of the cycle mass is increasing faster than at the end. I’d like to remind you that my overall goal is to gain 16 pounds for the full cycle which lasts 8 weeks.

I also measured my biceps and chest before starting the cycle. Currently my biceps are 15.6 inches and that means I increased my biceps by 0.4 inches. My chest is currently 42.2 inches which means I’ve also increased my chest by 1.6 inches as well. All measurements were conducted without any pumping.

Lots of people are also interested in knowing what it feels like to be on the cycle. So I will try to describe how I’m feeling on the Turinabol solo cycle. Basically I felt absolutely no difference during my first week of cycling either after the intake of pills or during my workout. The second week of the cycling I started to feel better during the workout. It became easy to workout, I also slightly increased the weight and quantity of reps. My appetite increased and I started eating my desired quantity of carbohydrates and protein easier than in the beginning of the cycle.

At this moment I have not noticed any side effects. I do not have acne, my stomach and liver feels great, I regularly measure my blood pressure and it has not changed comparing with before the cycle.

Probably I slightly increased the percentage of fat in my body but it’s not significant, so for now I’m satisfied with the two weeks intermediate results and I’ll not change anything in my cycle.

I’ll continue the cycle as was determined before the diet and workout program and I’ll asses the results in another two weeks and correct nutrition and workout programs if necessary.

In my next video in two weeks I’ll show you blood test results after 4 weeks of using turinabol and I will also evaluate the results after 4 weeks of the turinabol solo cycle.
