I finished my previous cycle around 6 months ago, and now after a break, I’m ready to show the new steroid in action. In this video I talk about dosage, nutrition and workout during WINSTROL (STANOZOLOL) CYCLE. Hey guys, summer is coming, it’s time to get shredded, and in order to cut fat and keep muscle mass, I will need help. This help will come from one of the simplest and most popular cutting cycles; Winstrol and Testostosterone Propionate. Actually, Testosterone Propionate can be exchanged with other forms of testosterones like Testosterone Cypionate or Sustanon, but I’ll use Propionate just to see how this ester works for me. Since my current weight is around 200 pounds, so for now, I believe I’ll be able to keep all my muscle and significantly reduce fat without adding more steroids into the cycle, such as Primobolan or Masteron.
The dosage for the cycle will be 40 mg of Winstrol per day and 100 mg of Testosterone Propionate once per two days. I also have Anastrozole to reduce my estrogen level and avoid Gynecomastia and severe water retention. I’ll start using 0.5 mg of Anastrozole once per three days two weeks after beginning the cycle. I also have Clomid and Tamoxifen for post cycle therapy. I’ll use 50 mg of Clomid and 20 mg of Tamoxifen for 14 days after the cycle is over and if my blood work is not good after that I will prolong using those drugs.
A very important part of any cutting cycle is a strict diet. I’ll start with 1.1 grams of protein per pound of my weight. 1 gram of carbohydrates on days when I workout and 0.7 grams of carbohydrates on days without activity, 80% of the carbohydrates will be complex starchy carbohydrates, 20% will be simple carbohydrates that I’ll consume immediately after my workout. I’ll try to consume as little fat as possible. My food intake will be divided into five meals, proteins will always be in even quantities while carbohydrates will depend on my activity level. My diet might be corrected in a few weeks if the results aren’t satisfactory.
I plan to workout five days per week like in the Sustanon only cycle. I will divide main muscles into different workouts: chest & triceps, back & biceps, and shoulders, legs, & trapezius. My workout also might be adjusted if I feel something is wrong.
