Sustanon (Sustanon 250, Sustamed)

General description

Sustanon is a mixture of four esters of Testosterone (the main male sex hormone), each ester has a different half-life in the body. If to compare Sustanon with individual forms of Testosterone, it has some advantages, for example ease of use, instead of several separate forms of Testosterone. Also, each of the 4 testosterone esters enhances each other’s action. It is a mistake to consider Sustanon, as a combined cycle in one ampoule, since all of it’s active substances are Testosterones, which are different in the speed of exposure in the human body.In 250 mg. Esters of Sustanon 250

Testosterone Propionate. From all four ethers, propionate has the shortest action. Its half life lasts only 2-3 days, but it starts to act very quickly. Ether propionate is ideal for rapidly increasing the level of testosterone, while the remaining ethers are just beginning to act. By the time testosterone propionate leaves the body, testosterone phenylpropionate can already maintain the testosterone level in the blood.

Testosterone Phenylpropionate. With a half life of 4-5 days, testosterone phenylpropionate is more long-lasting than propionate. So phenylpropionate will maintain a stable level of testosterone while propionate is excreted from the body.

Testosterone Isocaproate. In comparison with the ether phenylpropionate, testosterone isocaproate has a longer half life of 7-9 days. Therefore, with a single dose it is usually injected once per week.

Testosterone Decanoate. With a half-life of more than 2 weeks, the ester decanoate is one of the lasting esters used in steroids. It means that after about two weeks the testosterone level will begin to fall, it is undesirable for bodybuilders who need a stable level of this hormone in their blood. History

Sustanon can be used solo and in combined cycles with other steroids: Dianabol, Primobolan, Winstrol and Deca-Durabolin. For beginners, for the first cycle: 250 – 500 mg of Sustanon once a week. The duration of the cycle is 10-12 weeks. This cycle will significantly increase muscle mass, increase strength, and accelerate recovery after training. One week after the end of the cycle, it is necessary to do post cycle therapy, and take 20 mg of Tamoxifen a day, for three weeks.

More experienced athletes who want to gain more muscle mass: 500 mg of Sustanon per week (12 weeks) and 30 mg of methandrostenolone per day (8 weeks) and 0.5 mg of anastrozole every three days (12 weeks). The weekly dosage of Sustanon should be divided into twice a week, for example 250 mg on Monday and 250 mg on Thursday. The dosage of methandrostenolone is preferably divided into 3 parts, and taken during the day.

One week after the end of the cycle, it is necessary to do post cycle therapy, and take 20 mg of Tamoxifen a day, for three weeks. For bulking: 500 mg of Sustanon per week and 300 mg of Trenbolone per week (12 weeks) and 50 mg of stanozolol per day (8 weeks) and 0.5 mg of anastrozole every three days (12 weeks). One week after the end of the cycle, it is necessary to do post cycle  therapy, and take 100 mg of Clomid per day for three weeks.

Side effects

The most common side effects from the use of Sustanon, such as severe fluid retention, gynecomastia, high blood pressure, begin because of aromatization. Therefore, during the cycle always monitor the level of estradiol and if  it’s necessary, reduce it with anastrozole. During the cycle, acne may appear, but most often if you remove all harmful foods such as fast food, fast carbohydrates (sweet), and fried foods, the pimples will quickly go away. During the cycle it significantly reduces the production of its own testosterone, so after the cycle, you’ll need to use Tamoxifen or Clomid. Women should not use Sustanon because it is a strong androgen, and this can lead to masculinization.
